Got Art? Our goal is to produce the best possible results for your artwork. Please follow the pre-press guidelines below before submitting your print-ready files for digital output.

Final files are saved as PDF, with crop marks and minimum 1/8″ bleed on all sides. Please try to submit booklets and double-sided artwork as single pages (rather than spreads) and in one multi-page file.
Files are CMYK only (not RGB, spot colours, or mixed).
Images are high resolution (minimum 300 dpi for 11×17 or smaller, minimum 150 dpi for poster-sized or bigger)
All images and fonts are embedded, with transparencies and drop shadows (or similar effects) flattened.
Please keep in mind that the page count of saddle-stitched booklets should always be divisible by 4.

Artwork for projects to be printed on a press, promotional items, banners and projects requiring speciality inks and foils may require additional instructions for the finished files.
